BUTTERNUT CHICKEN SALAD
Chopped romaine lettuce topped with diced chicken breast and roasted locally grown butternut squash, sliced locally grown apples, and walnuts, served with our own honey vinaigrette made from locally sourced honey and ciabatta roll and butter  10.00

PORK SCHNITZEL
Thin sliced Michigan pork filet breaded and pan fried in a lemon caper butter, served over fresh spaetzle—traditional German egg pasta, made with cage-free eggs  10.00

REUBEN HOT DISH
Baked pasta with layers of fresh sauerkraut, creamy mushrooms, penne pasta, corned beef and Swiss cheese, served with rye toast points  10.00

PENNE PALOMINO
Diced chicken sautéed with garlic and shallots in our creamy tomato sauce, tossed with penne pasta and served with rustic bread  9.00

BEER BRAT
Quarter pound bratwurst, made in Grand Rapids, simmered in German style beer from Frankenmuth, MI, grilled and topped with Dijon apple kraut and served with house made Yukon gold potato chips, made from locally grown potatoes  8.00

CHICKEN GRINDER
A classic County Seat Lounge sandwich back for a limited time—grilled French bread topped with grilled chicken breast, ham and pepperoni, baked with smoked cheddar and provolone cheeses, and smothered with Italian dressing, served with house made Yukon gold potato chips, made from locally grown potatoes  10.00
