Fresh mixed greens topped with crispy fried chicken tenders, chopped bacon, shredded cheese, tomatoes and locally sourced egg, served with your choice of dressing and fresh baked dinner roll and butter 9

SPINACH AND FETA BURGER

Burger made of fresh spinach leaves and feta cheese, served on a beer wheat bun with buttermilk ranch dressing and side of house made potato chips  8

EMERALD CHICKEN PENNE

Crispy chicken breast atop a bed of penne pasta, tossed with pesto cream sauce and served with rustic bread  9

PAN SEARED TILAPIA

Mild tilapia fish fillets lightly dusted with herbed flour, pan seared and topped with a lemon, sweet red bell pepper and tomato sauce, served with vegetable of the day and Spanish rice  10

STEAMED MUSSELS

Steamed mussels in white wine and cream, finished with MOOville Quality Creamery butter atop of penne pasta, capers and diced tomatoes, finished with fresh sweet basil and parmesan cheese  10
