OPEN FACE BLACKENED PRIME RIB SANDWICH

Six ounces of blackened prime rib, served on Texas toast, topped with house made tiger sauce, and served with side of our gouda mashed Yukon gold potatoes  12.00

OPEN FACE MONTE CRISTO

A twist on a classic Monte Cristo—ham, turkey, and gruyere cheese served on French toast and drizzled with house made raspberry maple syrup, served with side of house made potato chips  10.00

BENNY BURGER

Half pound hand patted ground beef burger topped with ham, eggs, and hollandaise sauce, atop an old fashioned brioche bun, and served with side of house made potato chips  10.00

SHEPHERD’S PIE

Seasoned beef with carrots, celery and onions, topped with our gouda mashed Yukon gold potatoes, seasoned with herb bread crumbs, and then oven baked till golden brown  10.00

DOUBLE DIPPED BUTTERMILK CHICKEN

Buttermilk soaked chicken breast dredged in seasoned flour, dipped in buttermilk, and dredged again, fried golden brown, and served with our gouda mashed Yukon gold potatoes and gravy  10.00
