Fresh refried beans made with pintos, from our new friends at Winters Calico Fields Farm in Grand Ledge, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives, shredded cheese, and jalapenos, served with a basket of warm tortillas and sour cream and house made salsa   7.00

GREEN BEAN FRIES
Locally sourced garden fresh green beans breaded, fried crispy, and served with horseradish ranch dipping sauce   5.00

SALADS

BLUEBERRY WALNUT SALAD
Fresh spinach and crispy romaine lettuce tossed with our blueberry vinaigrette, topped with locally sourced blueberries, grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, and walnuts, and served with a warm yeast dinner roll and butter   8.00

MARKET SALAD with SPICED GOAT CHEESE ROUNDS
Locally sourced greens tossed with our red wine vinaigrette and topped with fresh from the farm green and wax beans, summer squash, zucchini, snow peas, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil,  served with spiced goat cheese dinner roll and butter   9.00

HONEY GRILLED PORK with BLUEBERRY SALSA

Thick pork filet grilled to perfection, then glazed with locally sourced honey, sliced, and finished with fresh salsa made with locally grown blueberries, and served with Chef’s fresh vegetable of the day and choice of two sides   14.00

PAN FRIED TROUT with FRESH BASIL PESTO

Four ounces of Rainbow Trout fillet coated with bread crumbs and lightly pan fried, finished with fresh pesto made with locally grown basil, and served with Chef’s fresh vegetable of the day and choice of two sides   14.00

GARLIC TOURNEDOES with ORZO AND ROASTED RED PEPPER FLORENTINE

Twin beef medallions pan seared with fresh garlic scapes (tender, flavorful top shoots of the garlic plant) in a rich burgundy butter, atop a bed of orzo pasta tossed with fresh roasted red peppers, wilted spinach and mushrooms, and served with your choice of house salad or soup of the day  16.00
