Three Course Dinner–designed by Chef Strohm, County Seat Lounge Executive Chef. Matched with Four Courses of Spirits–designed by Angie Jackson, Freelance Mixologist, featuring Michigan Spirits. It doesn’t have to be a full moon for this gal to impress you with her knowledge of spirits and expertise at making special concoctions.

SPIRITED DINNER MENU
Lobster Spaghetti (delicate langoustino lobster sauteed with fresh local spaghetti squash in a light garlic butter)
Aperitif Cocktail: Blueberry Lavender Tom Collins
Wild Mushroom Apple Salad (a blend of sauteed mushrooms atop a bed of baby greens, tossed in our own apple cider vinaigrette, and garnished with fresh local apples and goat cheese)
Cocktail: Rasputin’s Revenge
Seared Chicken with Cranberry Chutney and Butternut Squash Risotto (pan seared breast of chicken atop fresh, local butternut squash risotto, finished with a tangy cranberry chutney)
