APPETIZERS:

Smothered Potato Chips

House made potato chips topped with shredded cheese, crispy bacon and scallions, served with sour cream  $9.00

Blush Flatbread Pizza

Blush sauce—the result of mixing red tomato pizza sauce and white alfredo sauce—spread on flatbread, sprinkled with parmesan, feta and goat cheeses and topped with onions, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers, then baked  $10.00

 

ENTREES:

Beef Skewers

Skewered sirloin beef, red peppers, onions, and mushrooms, glazed with teriyaki sauce and grilled, served with dirty rice  $13.00

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Hand cut chicken breast wrapped in bacon, topped with Michigan cherry chutney and honey glaze made from locally sourced honey, served with choice of potato and vegetable of the day  $12.00

Smoked Salmon

Atlantic salmon smoked with apple chips and then grilled, served with your choice of potato and vegetable of the day  $14.00
