St. Patrick’s Day Celebration

We can’t wait for March 17, St. Patrick’s Day; so, we are going green starting March 12 and 13.  Chef Skip is working hard on a special Irish menu; yes, there will be plenty of his famous corned beef and cabbage.  The bartenders are busy deciding what Irish drinks will be featured besides the green beer.

Wednesday, March 17, the very popular South Jefferson Street St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be strutting down our street beginning at 4pm.  This is the parade that is a must see!  Then, come on into The County Seat Lounge and join in on our St. Patrick’s Day party.  . . .and may the luck of the Irish be with you!

Emerald Scallops

Pan seared scallops in a fresh parsley sauce served with rye toast points  9.00

Whiskey Glazed Lamb Chops

Tender bone in lamb grilled to order and brushed with an Irish whiskey glaze–served with parsnip mashed potatoes and Chef’s fresh vegetable  20.00

Seafood Boxty

Shrimp, scallops, and langoustine lobster in a rich cream sauce stuffed in potato crepe–served with fresh vegetable and choice of  House Salad or Soup du Jour  16.00

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Over a half pound of slow cooked corned beef fresh cabbage, boiled red potatoes, and carrots finished with a light parsley cream–served with choice of House Salad or Soup du Jour  12.00
